Get a mirror off of ebay or off a car enthusiast forum. I repaired my broked driver's side mirror this way for $45 (came back to my parked car one night and it looked like someone had torn it off). It is a power mirror with defrost..I had to remove the door panel (easily done after some research on the net), took the bolts off of the broken mirror and plugged in and installed the new one. Less than one hour of my labor. Also I felt good actually knowing how something in my car works.
